What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks as forms of payment. Unfortunately, we do not take credit cards at this time. For our regular clients, we offer monthly billing for convenience.
Are you insured?
Yes! JC Landscaping & Contracting LLC is fully licensed and insured, providing peace of mind to our customers. Our team is covered to protect both your property and our employees while we work.
What are your hours of operation?
Our standard business hours are:
🕘 Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🛑 Sunday: Closed
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most estimates can be provided within 24-48 hours after we assess your property. For fencing, retaining walls, or larger projects, we may require an on-site visit before giving an exact quote.
Do you require contracts for your services?
For one-time services like landscaping projects, tree trimming, or fence installation, a contract is not required. However, for routine lawn care and seasonal maintenance, we offer service agreements to ensure your property is always well-maintained.

We install wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and privacy fences. Whether you need a fence for security, privacy, or decorative purposes, we can help you choose the best option.
Do you offer tree trimming and removal services?
Yes, we provide tree trimming, pruning, and full tree removal services to keep your property safe and looking great. We also remove stumps upon request.

How often should I mow my lawn?
During the growing season (spring through fall), we recommend mowing once a week to keep your grass healthy. We adjust mowing frequency based on the season and your lawn’s specific needs.
Do you offer lawn aeration services?
Yes! Lawn aeration helps improve soil drainage, root growth, and nutrient absorption. We typically recommend aerating your lawn once or twice a year, preferably in the spring and fall.
Can you install mulch and decorative rocks?
Absolutely! We offer mulch installation in a variety of colors and materials, as well as decorative rock installation to enhance your landscape. Our team can help you choose the best option for your property.
Do you build retaining walls?
